Professional Standards

As Chartered Geologists we are considered as Qualified or Competent Persons in the majority of jurisdictions.

We report to and are bound by the 2013 Pan-European Resource Council (PERC) reporting standards which are the national reporting organisation for Europe to the Combined Reserves International Reporting Standards Committee (CRIRSCO). CRIRSCO is affiliated with the International Council of Mining and Metals (ICMM) and its role is to harmonise resource reporting codes to international standards. Participating countries are Australia, Canada, South Africa, UK and Western Europe, USA and Chile.

In Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Canada the resource reporting codes for these countries have been adopted by and included in the listing rules of their respective Stock Exchanges, and in  common with other exchanges such as AIM and LSE in London accept reports to JORC/PERC standards.

We pride ourselves on our professional ethics and are also bound to the Geological Society’s code of conduct and the local codes in the jurisdictions we are working in.
